Project Overview

  • Safeware Inc approached us with a detailed list of challenges and desired features, seeking our support. Their primary business objective is to drive customer adoption by enhancing the user experience on their site. The proposed features aim to expand user capabilities while simultaneously improving and automating internal business processes when orders are received in their P21 system.

Key Features & Functionality 

  • Registration changes | Simplifying the registration experience
    • Safeware requested a refresh of the registration page to simplify the registration options for their customers.
    • We reduced the options down to two: Current Safeware Customers and New Safeware Customer.
  • Specialty Item Tags | Visible Labels with clear messaging
    • Safeware was looking for a way to label products with text of their choosing to help users narrow down the hunt for products.
  • Category Restrictions
    • Safeware wanted to hide certain categories of the Safeware Subset by default for both guest users and newly registered customers as well as hide customer specific categories.
    • By way of a system parameter, Safeware can input category codes that should be hidden by default. At the customer level, we have a custom field to allow hidden categories to be shown by inputting the category code they wish to expose to those customers.
