Project Overview
- Quest Safety approached us with a detailed list of challenges and desired features, seeking our support. Their primary business objective is to drive customer adoption by enhancing the user experience on their site. The proposed features aim to expand user capabilities while simultaneously improving and automating internal business processes when orders are received in their P21 system.
Key Features & Functionality
- Registration changes | Simplifying the registration experience
- The options at registration presented some confusion to their customers. Quest Safety has both retail and B2B customers that would need to register on the site.
- Checkout changes | Delivery Address Flexibility
- Standard implementation of the available “Ship To” addresses did not allow for editing an existing address or adding a new address. Quest Safety also wanted to give the users the flexibility of saving an address for future use.
- Now users can apply the address of their choice as they please through the checkout process.
- User customization | Hide pricing for third party vendors
- Quest Safety has customers with third party vendors that manage their inventory on their behalf. Because these users are third party vendors, Quest Safety wanted to control who was allowed to see pricing at the user level.
- We simply added a custom field at the user level so Quest Safety could control which users should/should not see pricing.
